We would like to just remind all members who are wanting to nominate for Paradise Lagoons Campdraft or any other ACA Affiliated Campdrafts through Campdraft Central as of  Monday the 17th of June 2013 that you MUST be a financial member of the ACA to nominate.  If you are not a financial member you will be able to log in but you will not be able to nominate for your chosen drafts.

There will be ACA staff members available at the office on Monday night to take any phone calls for any last minute memberships or to help if anyone is experiencing problems logging in or with nominating.  But please if you know you need to renew your membership call the ACA Office during work hours Monday as this would be most convenient. 

It is wise for members to log in prior to Monday night to make sure there are no issues logging in to Campdraft Central.

Please note if you are paying by direct deposit to the ACA bank account make sure you allocate a reference with your payment so we can match your payment with your account or invoice.  If you are renewing online and you choose the direct deposit option of payment, please use your invoice number for the reference.  If you are paying horse registrations etc. by direct deposit please use your name for a reference.  We cannot match any payments that come through the bank account with no reference so please take note in adding an appropriate reference.

If you choose to pay by direct deposit to pay your membership and you know you have to nominate on Campdraft Central please ensure you pay at least 2 or 3 days before the nomination date as direct deposits do not clear straight away and can take 2 days to appear in the bank account.  If you pay on the day of nominations your membership will not be processed as we will not have received your direct deposit payment.

Dear ACA Members,

It’s that time of the year again!  Time to renew your membership for the new financial year 2013/2014, commencing as of the 1^st of April 2013.  

Recently we have upgraded our Member Area and Website to make things more efficient and user friendly. 

We encourage everyone to renew memberships online as it is quick and easy and you have three choices of payment method.  You can either pay online with your credit card, direct debit into the ACA bank account or send a cheque in the mail to the office.

You will find the Member Area has advantageous prompts throughout each section of the renewal process to guide you.  However, if you experience any problems whilst renewing online please contact the ACA office for help.

Don’t forget, if you are having difficulties please contact the friendly staff at the ACA office for help.
