Less than 2500 patrons:

    • A COVID Event Checklist is required – this must be completed, signed and submitted to the Local Government in which the event is being held.

More than 2500 patrons:

    • A COVID Event Plan is required – this must be completed, signed and submitted to the Local Government in which the event is being held.
    • All events exceeding 5,000 must be provided to the Department of Health with a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the event occurring.
